O.K., back to the original issue:
You guys made me feel so bad (

) that I skipped lunch and went searching for LMH electric conversion info. I eventually wound up at "that other place" (if you know what I mean). There is one particularly good thread, as a matter of fact Sylvain has a couple of posts in it. There are 6 or 7 guys represented, ALL have used the stock 110 crutch, boom and blades. Most (or all) have replaced the Arlton gyro with a piezo gyro, and 1 used a Futaba GY-240. 1 used 2-4 degree grips, most use a 4 and a 6, and 1 or 2 used 2-6's. Motorwise, there is an assortment of Fusion, Atomic Force, Buggy motors, a Mega ... but NO brushless. Everyone says they fly great and are getting anywhere from 6 to 9 or 10 minutes (I think 10 min. is a stretch) per flight. I was going to say that most find them much more of a pleasure to fly than the oil version, but I decided not to.
Happy Choptering,
Russ (still sniffling and wiping tears away)
