Default RE: Newbie Plane ?

I know everyone has their favorite begginer plane, and its usually the one they learned on. But in my case, I teach kids and adults to fly Rc planes thru a ministry I started at my church. I've tried many different so called "begginer" planes in the course of this ministry. As far as electrics go, I have found the Super Cub is the easiest to fly, easiest to teach with, easiest to repair, and most inexpensive to keep flying. We have four of them at church plus two of my own. I have even converted one of them over to a Futaba radio system and use a trainer box with it. One of them has been broken in half four times, wing broken in half twice, fire wall ripped off twice, and it is still flying with all the original foam. Doesn't look too pretty, probably has two or three ounces of glue and tape holding it together, but it still flies great! We use other planes in our ministry also, but if I had to use just one plane, the Super Cub would be it.
