I went from a two channel HOB Cub {a lot of fun} to a Sr.Telemaster then to a 40 size Up-Roar. Our club trainer was crashed and I used what ever was on hand. A good trainer would have been better but I finally got it figured out. I built the Sr. Master for the club as there new trainer and it worked out OK, three of us learned on that plane before it was destroyed by a seasoned pilot.
