If you're looking for Low Buck, maybe the Dumas rheostat speed control is worth a look at. It is run from a servo. I was going to suggest the ESC's made for the E-Maxxes but got beat on that one. M.A.C.K. Products might have what you need or Vantec. Model Control Devices in Canada makes some very nice ones.
