Any Advice would be appreciated,

I purchased an old Fox .35 stunt, I know from when I was a kid, that my Dad said that Fox motors love castor, my area shops said that they will run on 15% nitro with a synthetic oil and that it will actually work better than the castor. I'm a traditionalist and nostolgic and very sceptical of the advice. Should I be or is this acurate, good advice? Appreciate the input. Thanks, ,
