Looks like you have a great start. These hydros are really simple to build and go together very quickly. There are a couple people on RCU who are building this boat, myself being one of them. If you go to RumRunnerRacing FE forum you will find a bunch of information and build threads as well. My boat is going to have a 19t brushed motor and use Nimh batteries for cost reasons. I am not an experienced FE modeler but I will try to help with any questions you may have. Take care.
