OK, So I have a new YS .91-AC engine with verry little run time on it. At low throttle, it cuts out alot. My remidy is to place an onboard glow system to ensure it does not load up and stop. Is this really necessary?

Does the glow system serve any other useful purposes other than starting?

The system is an Expert On-Board Glow System.
