Default Upset with flyrcrivesud.com

I called the guy at flyrcrivesud.com and asked him if his blade grips would work on the stock E-flite aluminum heads. He told me that they would. But the only way to get just the grips is to order them from his Ebay page. No big deal, I found his Ebay page won the auction, plus 3 others (battery holder, and 2 sets of replacement blades). They finally showed up today, so I broke my Blade down and started to install the new parts (along with new SE180 motors). Only to find out that the blade grips will not fit with the E-flite lower aluminum head. So I called him back and he told me I would have to replace my aluminum lower head with his plastic one.

Its not a big deal. But, it just pisses me off when someone deliberately miss leads you to just make a sell. I guess I will be selling/giving these away and going with a set of Microheli offset style metal grips.

Unless anyone knows of a work around for this? The problem is that the ball link on the blade grip is about 2x as large as the E-flite one, so you have to use a different link down to the swash plate.
