Please enforce them. This weekend I went to a track for the first time and I checked out 75 and then while I was cruisin in my Losi-XXX NT some punk kid threw his car down and started to drive. So 35 MPH into a wall later I am out $50 in parts cause that track doesn't care about channels much. They have the board but no one but me was using it.
