What gyro are you using? It sounds like you need to adjust your servo travel. However, the method of doing this depends on the gyro you are using. On a 401 you adjust the travel via the limit pot on the gyro itself and the travel adjustment on your radio controls your piro speed. Other gyros may need to be adjusted differently.
