You want to find out why your first board fried, so you don't have a repeat performance. IF you know you over taxed the electronics by stalling the motors, then try not to do that anymore.
Most times non starting is related to the transmitter, or the cable that connects the receiver to the ESC. Make sure your crystal is set properly on both the transmitter and receiver. Check the plugs ins on the cable. You may want to try a different set of crystals if you have some. If you do all this and are still having a problem, flip the reciever board and ESC over and reheat the solder joints on the three prong plugs. Just touch an iron to them and let the solder reset.
