I did see that recall on the DX6i and fortunately, the serial number on mine is not listed as one of the troubled ones....

Geez, sounds so damn problematic. I mean I should be able to just have my tank sit and spin left or right, but it won't unless its moving forward cause the damn stick has to be in the "full throttle right or left position". I'm thinking if I can't get the radio to function like the basic Tamiya instructions say, I might find another radio...
