Thanks for the info, I saw his notice on RCSB.
He put a nitice on RCSB, but did not say to his customers.
Does "Any standing orders will be filled as fast we are able." mean
he is still working for customers who have ordered?

I assume that he will eventually fill your order. The man is not a criminal, and I understand that he has every intention to deliver on his orders.
