Default RE: Upset with flyrcrivesud.com

The "hard blade" you are comparing to your blades are Xtreme brand blades, which are heavier as described and MIGHT break at the root where they go in the blade grip (after 25 or so hard crashes on the same blades), but what about other brands of blades like Airy Hardens, Durablades, etc THAT AREN'T heavier than your blades and DON'T break at the root?

I'm all for you trying to sell an "improved" product, but comparing your product to one single set of blades from a single manufacturer and making it out to be better than everything else out there is misleading. In fact you can pick up an entire set of light weight blades of comparable strength off of Deal Extreme for less than $3 shipped internationally.

If I fly a set of those blades and crash they will not break. The most damage that my chopper will receive is to replace my inner shaft gear that costs $2.99. On the other hand if flying a set of your "racing blades" and they break, I'm out the cost of at least 1 set of blades at $3.99 a set BEFORE shipping and that's only if one set is damaged. I can pick up the inner shaft gear at my LHS for $2.99 + tax.

From your previous posts it's obvious you like to bulldog people into editing their posts when they have an issue with your products. A suggestion would be to offer an good product, at a reasonable price, and good customer service, rather than try and use pseudo science, limited comparisons, censored youtube comments, and threatening your own customers who aren't satisfied with your products to try and keep your "image" untainted. You can take it or leave it, but it's good advice.

We have 2 negative feedbacks on ebay from 1 customer. That customer later edited his negative comments to say that he had received his package the next day and it was the fault of his local postal service. We never bothered sending him a request to remove the negative feedback. Why? Because you can't please everyone. We'd rather people read through the comments to find the negative and realize we weren't at fault, than have it show that we did something to convince him to remove it.
