Default RE: Upset with flyrcrivesud.com

Update on all the drama:

Boy what a can of worms this started. My original intent of this thread was to state that the flyrcrivesud.com blade grips would not fit on a stock style lower head. I simply stated what happen to me while dealing with them. I contacted them before I ordered with what I was wanting to do, they advised me, I did as they suggested, things did not work like they had said. He, Sonat, later said that they offer a solution to my problem. I needed to buy the part kit that they also sell. After I inquired about the cost of that and shipping, I was then told that it would not help me after all. Durning this whole time I am receiving emails and PMs from them telling me to delete/change my thread here about them. Apparently by me telling my side of the story, the truth, I am killing their business. I have never once said that the products that they sell are bad in any way. I was impressed in the research that I did and that is why I contacted them first. I am upset in the customer service of the company.

I was later offered an refund on the blade grips that I ordered. I have not taken them up on the refund option. I do not see how it can benefit me now. I will still be out money and time. The cost of the grips, plus shipping, and the added cost of the return shipping to Canada.

I do want to send a thanks out to barak1001. The guys at Helitek-RC have gone out of their way to get me back in the air. In my eyes that is the way a business should run.

I am open to discuss this issue more, but I really do not see the need. If you want to keep your lower E-flite hub (aluminum or stock) you CAN NOT use the flyrcrivesud.com grips.
