It's very easy to bend it yourself. Because it's a gentle curve there's no need for annealing. You can make a form and bend it around that. Note that the tube WILL spring back a little. Try it once with the "final" bend, then modify as necessary to get it to bend like that for you.

FWIW, I don't use a form to bend it. I just bend it bare hands until it's right.
