I ended up using the copper gasket stuff in a tube from the auto store at the muffler halves, and on the manifold. I applied it with a flat toothpick end to avoid getting way too much on at any point. Clean the parts up before hand with some alcohol to get rid of the oil to get it to stick well, and it sealed my problem up quite well.
