The radio is not bad, a part of the radio has a problem that Spektrum has owned up to and is fixing. I seem to recall problems in other radio systems (won't mention the name, but it's not Spektrum) that they refused to acknowledge leaving it up to the owners to get fixed. This is the second time that Spektrum has owned up to a problem and immediately offered a fix. That's pretty heads-up to me!
