A little Bigger but this is the 150cc Version of the Slick 540.
Great plane and looks huge in the air really presents well!
Ended up with a balance point of 5 1/8" back from leading edge.
Beautiful Plane and flies great! took 1 degree of Aileron differential
Had some challenges with it but got her pretty well worked out now.
Minor Mods that were done:
1. Glued bolts in wing and have hand knobs (like a Comp ARF) to tighten the wings on. (After a blind nut stripped out in the wing on the plane (had to drill it out and dowel it). Nice for assembly and dis-assembly. No tools needed and less to keep up with.
2. Tapped out the 4-40 canopy bolt holes to 8-32 and replaced with Nylon thumb bolts (again after a few blind nuts stripped out). Advantage is the Nylon does not have to be tightened as much (so no worry about crushing the balsa fuse), they don't vibrate out and the thumb nuts don't require any tools just fingers.
3. Backed inside of fuse where the canopy bolts go with 1/32 plywood to keep the fuse holes from getting enlarged the balsa fuse is very soft there.
4. Tri-Stock in the motor box along the inside top and bottom sides along with 1/4"X1/2" hardwood sticks on the top of the box to tie it all together (after the firewall broke loose 3rd flight)
5. Painted the wheel pants
6. Titanium Axles
7. Carbon Wing and tail tube
8. H9 Carbon Tail wheel assembly with Dietrich stock wheel
9. Best of all DuRant Direct Drive Servo System

* Dry Weight 37.6 Lbs
Plus has Sullivan Smoke system at the above weight.
Flies Light as a feather. More than enough power.
