I've studied the plans in my Auto-Cad program and there are definitely no rib plans there. The wings have different chords. The top wing has a larger chord than the bottom. The wing tapers in thickness as you move toward the tips from the root. You COULD develop a rib pattern from the wing end-view but would then need to make separate drawings for each rib station as the thickness changes. There are several airfoil drawing programs on the market that would help with this.
