Default RE: Nitro rustler converted to electric(pics)

I wouldnt mind to go brushless with mine, just dont have that kind of money right now.

I MIGHT try and race it at the LHS. He has a small indoor oval track, and I wouldnt mind trying my luck at it just for the heck of it. Im sure mine would be heavier and not as well setup as the rest, but I still wouldnt mind trying it in the 27t class. Id need a few good batteries for sure though. All I have is worn out 1500's.

I drove it in the house on the carpet a little today and it really gets with it taking off with how its geared. The gearing i have may be good for the track they have since its short.

I mainly converted it just for the heck of having it electric in case i wanted to not mess with nitro, or if i wanted to run without buying nitro fuel. The motor mount and everything seems to work great if i can just find a good way to mount the battery.
