I haven't got my hands on one yet but as you say they are a bit pricey and second hand ones are rare as rocking horse #### .
So can't help with any measurements but will be following your conversion with interest as I would love to build a twin with these 4 strokes.
I reckon the sound would be music to my ears .
At the moment I am flying a plane with twin ryobi's which isn't bad but 4 strokes just sound so much better.
