Invoice PayPal Problem
I just sold an item and invoice was sent to buyer. When he tried to pay via PayPal he received the following email:
"We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the
PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to
resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact
the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When
you have the correct email address, payment can be made at xxx.paypal.com"
I went into My Market profile and I had already checked PayPal but the comment box just below was empty. The instruction said to enter my PayPal email address which I did. I assume that this is my email address that I use with PayPal which is the same address I use for RCU. Is this correct?
If so will this correct the problem my buyer is having or will I need to send him a new invoice. If so how do I do that? Thanks!
