When I got my Axe CP v2 I found a place on the net that was selling Hyperion velocity lite packs. Only a few mm longer and a few grams heavier. The place I bought them from was www.purehobby.com, but it seems they have gone out of business.

Plus, all the hyperion batteries are rated to be charged at 2C if you really want to get more flying time. They are also about to release batteries rated for 5C charging.

Note trying to be a brand horror or anything, got nothing to do with them. Just love all the programing features available to me after buying network cable. And even though the velocity lites are only rated for 12C 1340ma I have never gotten them hot flying, nor hot after charging at 2C. lipo pouch used anyway though.

I tried buying more, but got shipping RcLiPos packs instead. Was told that they were better capacity and current wise, but I don't know if I got hosed or not.
