Not knowing anything about consumer laws in Norway and being hopeless at trivia

. I would suggest that you:
1. Contact your equilivant of the "Dept of Fair Trading".
2. Contact your equilivant of a "Chamber Magistrate".
I assume, (with all the usual disclaimers

) that as the supplier hasn't provided you with what you ordered or authorised that it is their problem but it still leaves you without your depron.
