I agree , . If you just have the carb; opening inside the cowl this can happen . I always put a hole in cowl & have an intake extension , ram air ?witha 45 degree cut to force air into carb; from outside of cowl . Never a problem . If you are just intaking to carb; on inside cowl . all kinds of air happens .
