Hi Joe, the Marquart is the bench mark for small biplane handling including landing. The Murphy bipe has been around for a very long time and is also a good airplane but I would have to say that the Charger has better ground handling. The Maverick has a very long nose that if it starts to swing it could bite its tail in a flash. Some builders put heavier engines on the Maverick which reduces the length of the nose but you have to stay within the LSA rulse. Norm

if you have no problem with the Charger the Maverick should be okay for you
