Default RE: RC planes at the museum

Brett, do you know if that is the plane Marty Young built? He had at one of our events once. He ran the engines but would not fly it because it was not painted. He said it would not fly until it was 100% done. His work was second to none. The Hellcat he buried at Westside was one of the nicest warbird I have seen in 20 years.

I am not sure, but next time I am there I will look to see if there is something saying who donated it. We have the club membership to the museum, so I know we'll be back again this summer.

I remember spotting an aerospace museum on the way to your fly in last year, it was named after an Oklahoman astronaut and I can't remember the name or where it was. Was it in Elk City?
