RE: how many amps can the duratrax ice charger handle
For a quick, cheap, and very reliable solution, I picked up an old computer power supply and converted it to 12v power supply. It puts out 17A continuous @ 12v and just cost me about $20 (parts from Radio Shack required to make the conversion). I've been using it for three years and it still works great.
