Sepktrum buddy box set up
I would like to do the following:
Use my Spektrum DX6i as a teacher transmitter
Use my Spektrum DX6 as a student transmitter
I know I have to purchase a special cable to hook up the two transmitters.
However, I don't know how to set the slave (DX6) transmitter.
Several questions come to mind, such as:
Must the DX6 transmitter also be bound to the aircraft's receiver?
Does plane need to be trimmed again when control switches to the DX6?
Does everything have to be set up the same as on the DX6i?
That is, HI/LO rate throws?, set up any reverse controls? etc., etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
