Yes, there are spacers you can buy. As for the prop, do NOT use a drill bit (unless you have a drill press, and it's still not recommended). You will never get the hole straight, and will not balance or spin true. Buy a prop reamer.
A drill bit will do the same thing that this reamer will they are self centering so save your money and just use a drill bit. And you do not need a drill press just hold the prop safely and drill out.
