Hangar 9 UltraStick. It is a shoulder wing so it is more responsive without getting too touchy. It has instructions for both tricycle and tail dragger setups so with an extra piece of plywood, you can set it up for both. That way you can set it up for tricycle gear, and when you get comfprtable with it you can remove the nose wheel, and move the main gear forward and start getting used to taildragger. It is like getting two planes in one. Also it wont be as bad as transitioning from a high wing trike to a low wing tail dragger.
