You need to build a waterproof radio box or use a tupperware type container for your reciever / batteries - your servos can be protected (dipped in something or other)or they can take a few dunkings as is before they seize up.

I had the best luck with this type. Sorry I thought I had a better picture - you can barely see it below the prop - sunk into the deck.
