Default RE: Altair 200 crash.

Jaycey - we have a few Xtreme Composite planes here, 50cc Edge, 100cc Edge and the new 85cc Edge. Some were flown hard and some IMAC like ... none experienced any delamination yet. Guess, you really did get a lemon. Sad to hear that but its great that Graupner stands by their products.

patrnflyr - I guess you will not hesitate to purchase another plane from the Russian! That is really good after sales service where the plane's 'warranty' was 'transferable'. Talk about standing by their product to ensure that there is customer satisfaction and confidence. This is something many manufacturers do not understand, this sort of reputation cannot be purchased, once you instill confidence in the hobbyist it really helps a lot. This is why I am an ardent Fujitsu user, their after sales here is amazing.

Like what the amazing marketing guru, Philip Kotler said, you need to delight the customer to keep them coming back. Hence you see Canon's tag line DELIGHTING YOU ALWAYS.

Huison - next time buy a plane where the belly pan is not so hard! Hehehehee
