I have my charges on simple lamp timers with them set up to run one hour a day. When I return from flying, I rotate the knobs to give each battery an appropriate charge; sometimes up to 24 hours. After the first day, the chargers go on for an hour a day, keeping the batteries topped off, so they are always ready to go.
