I don't know where I heard this but it works great. Take them apart and when they are nice and cool put a little oil on the threads and they won't come apart. It works I do it on my saito's and they never come loose.
This is exactly how Ive been doing for the past 15 years on my engines.. when re-assembling engines, I always clean the screws, dip their ends to light machine oil, and put them back in nice and snug. this will prevent any damage to the aluminum threads, and will lock the screw in the thread until its unscrewed by the user again - with a distict sound of "chiing!" my alternate & permenant solution on bigger bolts (14mm and up) is using teflon tape on the threads of the screw or pipe. No damage, no heat or vibration caused backing out, no falling down, no nothing. and no need for cleaning up when disassembled - which is easy if the user wants to.. BTW this technique isnt limited to model engines..

Ive used blue loctite for its actual use on engine standoffs (along with lock washers), clevises and axles etc, and red loctite for permenant bearing installations. (or actual permenant nut locking)

Im sorry but if you are stripping threads when installing steel screws into aluminum, either you dont know how to treat aluminum threads, the material is inferior or you hesitate and think you havent tighten it up enough already.
