Heres a little trick I picked up from a fellow flyer,(THANKS STEVE) Balance the tips first, either by sanding the inside of the blade or adding some clear coat or paint to the lite end. Then if the hubs off, cut a piece of self sticking velcro about 1/2x1/2 square and add that to the lite side of the hub, then add med CA and accelerator as needed to get the hub to balance. If more is needed just peel it off and go with a larger piece of velcro. This works great for a plane with a spinner that hides the weight. Not that it looks that bad to start with.
