Hi Villa,

By no means are you nit picking. You are correct about the weight of the musket balls.

I have a digital scale and weighed about 5 lead balls individually. Most of them were .8 oz or .9 oz. So I rounded it up, didn't see the harm. Consider if I only used 16 balls to balance my plane, it would amount to 1 ounce morethan estimated. I didn't think that margin was too unreasonable. Just as long as the plane was a little nose heavy as indicated on my level.

About keeping CG in mind every step of the build, I would have to take your advice.... That is if I built this plane from scratch, it was an ARF.
