I know we have a vested interest as well are a dealer for 42% here in Australia, but we have sent out around 800+ of the opto-kills that 42% make (maybe more, Ive lost count now), and only had faults with about 10. And these where DOA (ie would not switch on), not failures in the air, so , so far proving reliable.

Ken from 42% also provides lifetime warranty on Opto-Kills, including replacement/repair if they are damaged in a crash. We even had a customer wire it up with reverse polarity with some of thier own home made leads and blow one up, and he still covered it/replaced for them.
