Default sloppy aileron

I just bought a P51 sport scale ARF plane CHEAP at a swap meet and one of the ailerons has a lot of slop in it like the balsa around the control wire has been wallowed out. The ailerons have already been glued, so I can't pull it apart and reglue. Any suggestions for taking the slop out of it? If I inject CA in there, will it hold? should I cut into the control surface and fill with epoxy? Its a really good looking plane and I hate to cut into it if I dont have to, but want it to be strong and safe as well. Any suggestions?
