Hi all! Im posting this on my Dads behalf (this is his plane).

Before I get into the meat & potatoes of this a little background. My Dad used to build kit planes when he was teens early 20's. I think most were like .049's free flight.

Myself, Im into boats. Electric. I run mainly brushless. I have no plane experience.

Both of us are on shoe string budgets.

Today he picked up a plane @ the Weak Signals Toledo Show. Its a Kangke:

So we have a bare plane thats covered. We need a proper motor, esc, prop and battery size recommendation. Also help with a radio. I was thinking 2.4 Ghz but this planes on the small side.

I was thinking of ordering from www.hobbyking.com again (I need batteries) so its a good time to order his plane parts also.

Im looking at their prop/motor/esc combos. Im hoping someone could spec one out for us.
