hi im a picco guy. the diiferences are the evo 3 has a lil bit different porting in
the block to get that better fuell milliage that the 2 lacked and the crank isnt as crazy so over all the 3 is smoother but still
puts down the power. If i were u look at what your goin for and what kinda track ur racing on. if u race on smaller tracks
then go with the 2 but if u run on big tracks go with the 3.
