this might sound like a silly question, but can these gas engines mount in the horisontal position? Some of the other brands have a carb mounted on the left side. The DL-50 doesn't, so with a custom exaust does it run ok? Is the cowl the deciding factor?
My experience is all glow and electric so far, the cost of buying and running a gas powered plane is looking realistic and could be the next step
