Most engine are installed inverted with the head exposed on the bottom for cooling I would be concerned with that especially during the summer time and Im not sure if that would cause a problem with the ballance of the plane you may want to check into that, I feel that the head and muffler all on one side of the plane could be a problem with balancing but Im no expert at this type of installation.
