KeithB, This is the very reason why I run Thunder Power batteries exclusively! You cannot beat their customer service. I got some bad info initially when I converted to electric
2 1/2 years ago & wound up running several packs. I called TP customer service, explained what had happened & they did the same thing for me as they did for you. Most of these other manufacturers, suppliers & retailers could learn alot from TP. The lack of responsiveness & caring about your customers WILL come back to haunt you. It's just a matter of time.
