Gene, you are right about the kits. I kind of got sidetracked from the 4*60 bash I was planning. Here is my hard plan right now.
I'm going to get my UPP ( unknown Pattern Plane) flying in the next week if the engine will allow me. Photo
I'm going to get the ailerons straightened out on my Rupert's Dad rebuild and re-maiden it.
I'm going to get my Super Aeromastr Air ready. That includes re hinging the ailerons, they didn't turn out well. I plan to have this one ready to fly for our funfly day on May 23rd.
Then comes the toss up. I've got the Laser 200 Kit, no engine if the UPP works OK. I've got a 1/3 scale Extra 230, 1986 vintage kit and I've just picked up a Tartan 77 twin for power for that one. Then my latest, a ASM P-61 and a pair of fresh Magnum 52 four strokes to go on it. Of course, the 4*60 Bash, a Quicke 500 that needs a new wing, a CG super Chipmunk, and a few others. Maybe I should give up sleeping
Sure wish I had jumped into the swamp 20 years back, to think of all the money I lost on my gemstone store and the time I spent on it. I could have a real hanger full of good stuff by now.
