as far as I know - No
The Tiger production run was over and done with well before the late 1944 paint instructions that stressed large ammounts of green paint was issued.
The Olive Green Tigers seen in Colour Tunisia campaign photo's are widely believed to be a result of oxidation / other chemical contamination of the original prints (or just flat out wrong recolouring!).
