Have my fuel tank mounted higher than the carb. bottom of tank is probably 3" higher than the carb. Siphoning bad enough that the gas is dripping out the carb and floods the engine as soon as it is primed so I can't get it to fire unless I take the plug out and dry it off.

any ideas how to eliviate this?
can't mount the tank any lower than it is and the engine is mounted inverted.
the fuel line runs straight out of the tank down to the carb
