Stinger9d9 has some experience with the 2300 in the SV and could suggest props. Think one of the grim props is really working well. There's a thread.
I haven't had the nerve to try an X642 with the stock speed control, but I have had very good luck running the Grimracer 40 x 52 3 blade prop. With the stock motor, that prop cavitates as bad as the original 3 blade prop, but with the added rpm, it bites in nicely and just flies.

Don't try it with lipo packs though, you will run into the problem I had...too much power, not enough weight. The boat can literally do a back flip from a dead stop...funny at first, but not very driveable.

Check the video - this is the Ammo 2300 with the Grimracer 40 x 52 3 blade prop and 2 PolyRC 7.4 volt packs. Like I said...you don't want it this fast...
