Sorry I took a while to reply. This is copied from another post I did.

Something is bent or slack.
(1) flybar
(2) the screw that holds the balls on the ends of the flybar controlling set are bent
(3) Flybar paddle near the root is bent
(4) Feathering shaft is bent-turn the nut in one side of the blade grips while they are on(without the blades), and if you see the blade grips moving up and down when you turn even slightly, replace. (
5) The screw that holds the balls at the end of the blade grips are bent- so the blades will not track properly even if the pitch is correct of each blade.
(6) the blades do not have same degree of pitch and this can be caused by the bent blade holder and link.
(7)Blades need balancing.
(8) Dunno if you are using again the same blades from the crash-they may be bent
(9) Main shaft may be new but not straight
(10) Tail rotor shaft may be bent
(11) Just verify the balls ends on the wash out may be bent

(12) The bolt that attaches the main shaft to the main gear set at the bottom may be too small for the hole(stock), and has too much space. That was my problem when I had that. I hope you don't; that will lead to you getting into upgrading and some modification -a different lower main gear and moding. Test for this?

Hold the rotor head assembly and give it a slight turn. If the tail rotor moves as soon as you turn the main rotor you're clear. If the main rotor turns a couple of degrees without the tail rotor turning that is a part of your prob.

Addition- Screws on the frame need tightening(not over tightening) some may be slack.

About the tail What type of gro is it. What type of TX are you using.
Vibrations can cause that. Tail rotor shaft not parallel to the ground. Tail slider needs adjusting out away from the tail boom-that is slide the servo towards the end of the tail mm by mm until you find the spot. Try those for starters.
